Tibet lança medidas para cultivar e atrair talentos

Lhasa – O Departamento de Organização do Comitê da Região Autônoma do Tibet do Partido Comunista da China apresentou na quinta-feira 19 medidas de incentivo destinadas a cultivar, atrair, empregar e reter talentos.
A região autônoma selecionará um grupo de talentos estratégicos, líderes e jovens, bem como equipes de inovação científica e tecnológica a cada ano, chamados de “talentos Qomolangma”, e fornecerá a eles financiamento de projetos de até 10 milhões de yuans (US$ 1,43 milhão) e subsídios de vida dentro de um período de 5 anos.
As medidas também apoiarão os talentos em serviço no Tibet que buscam estudos de pós-graduação, enquanto os departamentos relacionados se coordenarão com as melhores universidades da China para treinar estudantes de doutorado para o Tibet.
Subsídios de renda serão fornecidos a talentos vindo de fora do Tibet, enquanto subsídios de financiamento seráo oferecidos aos empregadores que atraiam talentos de fora do Tibet, segundo as medidas.
O departamento da organização disse que conveniências de trabalho e vida e serviços preferenciais – especialmente o apoio a imóveis residenciais – também serão fornecidos para reter talentos.
