Shanghai inicia 2ª fase de gestão fechada contra COVID-19

Shanghai, 1º abr – A segunda fase da gestão fechada em Shanghai entrou em vigor em áreas a oeste do rio Huangpu na sexta-feira, em meio a um recente aumento nas infecções por COVID-19, segundo autoridades locais.
Conforme programado, os testes de ácido nucleico serão realizados de sexta-feira a 5 de abril para cerca de 16 milhões de pessoas, e 12 distritos serão colocados sob gestão temporariamente fechada.
A megacidade no leste da China iniciou na segunda-feira sua aplicação em duas fases de gestão de fechamento temporário para rastrear possíveis infecções e conter a propagação do vírus. Testes em massa de ácido nucleico em áreas como as do leste do rio Huangpu começaram na segunda-feira.
Shanghai também reforçou suas medidas de controle de vírus e incentivou seus moradores a não deixar a cidade, a menos que seja necessário.
A partir de sábado, as pessoas que deixarem a cidade terão que apresentar um resultado negativo no teste de ácido nucleico em 48 horas, juntamente com um resultado negativo no teste de antígeno em 24 horas, ou apresentar um teste negativo de ácido nucleico em 24 horas.
Shanghai relatou 358 casos confirmados de COVID-19 transmitidos localmente e 4.144 portadores assintomáticos na quinta-feira, disse Wu Jinglei, diretor da comissão municipal de saúde de Shanghai, em entrevista coletiva na sexta-feira.
