China conclui teste de transposição da espaçonave em órbita com braço robótico da estação espacial
Beijing – A China realizou com sucesso um teste de transposição da nave de carga, Tianzhou-2, usando o braço robótico de sua estação espacial na manhã desta quinta-feira.
Foi a primeira vez que o braço robótico operou uma grande espaçonave em órbita para um teste de transposição, de acordo com a Agência Espacial Tripulada da China (CMSA, em inglês).
O teste começou às 6h12 da manhã (horário de Beijing) e durou 47 minutos.
Após ser destravada e separada do módulo central Tianhe da estação espacial, a Tianzhou-2 foi deslocada para uma posição pré-determinada pelo braço robótico. O braço então reverteu as manobras para trazer a nave de volta à sua posição original. A Tianzhou-2 foi reacoplada com o módulo central e o travamento foi concluído.
O teste verificou preliminarmente a viabilidade de usar o braço mecânico para realizar a transferência do módulo da estação espacial, confirmou a eficácia das tecnologias relevantes e estabeleceu uma base para a posterior montagem em órbita e construção da estação espacial do país, informou a CMSA.
