Projeto de lei chinesa prevê maior proteção de informações pessoais

Beijing, 22 abr (China) — O Comitê Permanente da Assembleia Popular Nacional (APN), ou legislatura nacional da China, continuará trabalhando na deliberação de um projeto de lei sobre a proteção de informações pessoais.
Os princípios que regem o processamento de informações pessoais serão aperfeiçoados para lidar com a excessiva obtenção de informações pessoais, o que tem constituído problemas crescentes, afirmou Zang Tiewei, porta-voz da Comissão de Assuntos Legislativos do Comitê Permanente da APN, nesta quinta-feira.
A proteção de informações pessoais dos falecidos também será incorporada à lei.
A nova lei, disse Zang, esclarecerá ainda mais a responsabilidade civil a ser assumida pelas partes em caso de violação dos direitos de informações pessoais de terceiros.
O Comitê Permanente da 13ª APN realizará sua 28ª sessão de 26 a 29 de abril em Beijing.
