

Hangzhou, 17 mai (China) — Um parque eólico offshore perto das Ilhas Zhoushan, Província de Zhejiang, leste da China, foi comissionado e conectado à rede no domingo.
O parque eólico Daishan No. 4 tem 54 turbinas eólicas, com uma capacidade total instalada de 234 megawatts. Atualmente, é capaz de fornecer 618 milhões de quilowatts-hora de eletricidade para a rede elétrica por ano, o equivalente à energia gerada pela queima de 170 mil toneladas de carvão, reduzindo as emissões em 470 mil toneladas.
Ele é propriedade da China General Nuclear Power Corporation, que vai adicionar mais dois parques eólicos perto das Ilhas Zhoushan no futuro, elevando sua geração total de energia eólica na área para 1,44 bilhão de quilowatts-hora quando estiver totalmente operacional.
A energia verde visa apoiar o desenvolvimento dos negócios de petróleo e gás em Zhoushan.
A Zona Piloto de Livre Comércio de Zhejiang em Zhoushan tem buscado cooperação com empresas globais de petróleo e gás desde seu estabelecimento, em abril de 2017.

China released on the first day of 2022 a group of new Mars images taken by the Tianwen-1 probe.
